Open Positions
Make outbound collection calls to loan customers, handle objections, take Payment Commitments (PTPs), and follow up daily. BKT-0/BKT-1 experience preferred.

General Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred for tele-calling roles)
- Good communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior collection/NBFC/banking experience preferred but not mandatory
- DRA certification preferred (we provide training support)
- Residing in Delhi NCR area preferred
